🍎✨ Applesauce fun in Pre-K! ✨🍎

Our Pre-K friends had so much fun making their very own applesauce! From preparing the apples to watching them transform into a yummy treat, it was a hands on learning experience they could taste!

Nothing beats learning through a little mess, teamwork, and lots of fun!

Our Pre-K class got their hands dirty today as they planted lettuce seeds in our community garden! 🪴✨ They’ll be responsible for watering their seeds each day and watching their lettuce grow throughout the fall.

We can’t wait to see those little sprouts pop up!

🧪✨ Tuesday was such a fun day at CBCA!

We had Mad Science visit us and put on an amazing interactive show for our children! From exciting experiments to lots of laughter and “wow” moments, our little learners were engaged from beginning to end.

We love bringing hands on experiences like this to our daycare because learning is always more exciting when children get to explore, discover, and have fun along the way. Thank you, Mad Science for such a memorable visit!

Simple. Wholesome. Learning. 🌱💚

These three words perfectly represent the direction we’re heading at CBCA.

We believe some of the best learning happens through simple, hands on experiences watering plants, getting our hands dirty, asking questions, and caring for something as it grows. Our garden has become so much more than a beautiful space; it’s a place where curiosity, responsibility, and a love for nature come to life.

Watching our Busybees care for the garden reminds us that the little moments are often the most meaningful. This is the kind of childhood we’re proud to create every day.

Who knew the sun could make such a yummy treat? ☀️🍫

Last week at summer camp, the kids made solar oven s’mores! We put them out in the sunshine, waited patiently (well… as patiently as kids can 😄), and watched the marshmallows and chocolate melt together.

The kids had so much fun seeing how the sun could do all the work, and of course, the best part was getting to enjoy their s’mores afterward! These are the kinds of simple memories that make summer camp so special.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing CBCA families for coming together to help build our new Community Garden Center! 🌱💚

This project wouldn’t have been possible without the parents who volunteered their time, brought their tools, assembled everything, and worked so hard to create this beautiful space for our children.

Our summer camp kids are already loving it! From filling the garden beds with soil to planting and watching our flowers and vegetables grow, this garden has quickly become a favorite part of our day. It’s more than just a garden, it’s a place where our children can explore, learn, get their hands dirty, and experience nature firsthand.

We had such a sweet time celebrating Mother’s Day in our little community garden 🌸

This space has become so special to us. What started as a small garden for the kids to dig, explore, smell flowers, pick herbs, and get their hands dirty has turned into a peaceful little spot full of memories, learning, and joy.

Seeing the children walk through the garden with their moms and loved ones made the day feel extra meaningful 🌿

We are so thankful for all of the amazing moms and caregivers who love and support these little ones every day 💕
