Grip strength = more control.
Most catchers try to close the glove with their whole hand. That’s inefficient.
We train thumb and middle finger do the work. That’s it.
Using Fitbeast by 9GAG finger pinchers to isolate that exact pinch — building the strength and habit to close the glove with just two fingers instead of a full-hand or outside fingers which can twist the hand causing the palm to make contact with the ball. Creating a more efficient receiving process.
