🚨 MISTRIAL DECLARED IN THE LINDSAY CLANCY CASE

After days of deliberation, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict. A mistrial is not an acquittal—the charges remain pending, and prosecutors must now determine whether the case will be tried again.

Meanwhile, a GoFundMe established to assist Lindsay Clancy’s parents has reportedly surpassed $1.1 million.

This tragedy has sparked difficult conversations about justice, accountability, postpartum mental health, and the enormous power of public sympathy. While those conversations continue, we must never allow the three young lives at the center of this case to become an afterthought.
