Malacoda at Piedmont equine today. Removed a large growth under her chin. She was also scoped for gastric impaction, negative result, ultrasound for ovarian tumors, negative result. So the vets are still unsure what is causing her violent kicking towards her abdomen. She'll get 2 weeks rest to finish ulcer medication as there was some ulcerations found in her stomach. She'll be on a muscle relaxant also. Then we'll bring her back into work slowly starting with round pen to see if the kicking resumes. Hopefully not.
