Warrenton Ballet Center Warrenton Ballet Center is the only award-winning classical, Vaganova ballet school in Fauquier County. Our mission is to create great dancers.

In a nurturing and supportive environment, we bring world-class Vaganova training to students that enables them to achieve the highest levels of technique and artistry and celebrates their individual successes, personal growth, and accomplishments. We seek to not only educate and support the new generation of dancers through the rich heritage of Vaganova technique, but to amaze, excite, and embolden them as the future of our art.

Thank you Kateryna Derechyna for concluding our summer intensive with such phenomenal teaching. Our students adored you and are so excited they will get to see you periodically this school year! We finished our Magical Ballet Camps with Fairy Doll and our baby ballerinas were the most precious dolls in their showcase.

Thank you Daniel Rubin for an inspiring week! All of us learned so much from you, and the students really loved working on contemporary in a new way. Our babies enjoyed their week of becoming Alice and exploring how the classic story, Alice in Wonderland, is turned into a ballet.

Thank you so much for an absolutely incredible week Chris Bloom and Gabrielle Sprauve! We all learned so much from you and are counting down the days until next year when you come back. Thank you for pouring so much into our students and challenging them to explore new ways of moving their bodies.

Our youngest dancers continued our magical ballet camp series by exploring The Nutcracker. They loved performing as snowflakes for their parents!

We were so pleased to have Suzanne Smith join us as our guest teacher for week 3 of our intensives! Thank you for helping our dancers refine their technique. Our cute campers enjoyed learning about Hansel and Gretel and did the most adorable interpretation of Gretel for their parent showcase.

We were so happy to have Calin Radulescu from Southold Dance Theater as our guest teacher for our second week of intensives. He pushed our advanced dancers to think differently about their approach to their work, especially in jumps and turns. We could see a difference already in just 5 short days!

Our babies enjoyed learning about The Magic Flute during magical ballet camp. For our youngest students, these camps give them an opportunity to connect what they are learning in ballet class with how it can tell a story to an audience.

Week 1 of summer intensives and camps is a wrap! Thank you so much Kaitlin Roemer for being our first guest teacher again! You pushed our intensive students to explore new approaches to their technique and challenged our advanced students with recent repertoire. Our first Magical Camp students were adorable and had a great time learning about the ballet, La Boutique Fantasque.

What a way to wrap the 25/26 season! Congratulations to our amazing students who participated in The Enchanted Dollhouse! A big shout out to all of our families who rallied to help us overcome power outages and other chaos to make this show such a success. We love our WBC community!
