We provide neurodiversity-affirming, play-based speech and language therapy to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in the Warrensburg, MO area. ery child deserves access to connection, confidence, and a voice that is heard and honored. We strongly believe that parents and caregivers are key partners in a child’s communication journey. Through compassionate coaching and ongoing education, we support families in understanding and nurturing their child’s growth every step of the way. That’s why we bring our therapy to your child’s natural environment, whether that is at home, a family member’s house, a sitter’s, or daycare. Children thrive when learning happens where they feel most comfortable, and we’re proud to meet them right where they are! Miss Megan's Speech Room has a combined experience of 18 years in pediatric speech-language therapy and special education services. Our team utilizes a whole-body learning approach that integrates visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile input. Our specialty areas include:

♥️ Speech Sound Disorders, including phonological processes and childhood apraxia of speech.
🧡 Language Delays and Disorders, including those related to Autism and other developmental disabilities.
💛 AAC, including evaluations, navigating insurance, programming, and implementation.
💚 Social-emotional well being, including behavioral concerns and self-regulation.
💙 Executive functioning, including attention, impulse control, task initiation, organization, and flexible thinking.
💜 Self-help and independence skills, including daily routines, adaptive behavior, and functional life skills.

If you didn’t already know, I’m an advisor for the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association at UCM. We are hosting a fundraiser on Wednesday and two other fundraising events in the Spring. We are on the hunt for prize donations from locally owned business in the Warrensburg/Knob areas. If you are interested in donating or have any good ideas, please shoot me a message!

Our fundraising efforts go toward:

📚Hosting lunch and story time events to the community
