Students in Warren Mott High School's Business Management and Wealth classes are putting their employability skills to the test through mock interviews.
After learning about the job recruitment process, students have reached the interview stage, where they are role playing as both interviewers and job candidates. Working in groups, they developed interview questions, practiced professional communication, and evaluated one another on workplace readiness and professionalism.
To deepen their understanding, each group created both effective and ineffective interview scenarios, helping classmates identify the positive and negative traits that can make or break an interview.
This engaging, real-world learning experience is giving students valuable practice and confidence as they prepare for future careers. 💼👏
