WGH Raider Fans - Please read below for an important update from AD Tim Porter, regarding new event policies for 26-27 school year in a continued effort to make sure everyone has a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience at our athletic events. Detailed information was sent to families via Final Forms earlier today.
Bag Policy & Prohibited Items (NEW!)
- No book bags or large purses are permitted into events. Small clutches/wristlets smaller than 4.5”x 6.5” are permitted.
- Clear bags are permitted.
- Diaper bags are permitted when accompanied by an adult and an infant.
- No Athletic balls, toys, or other items that may be thrown or compromise safety are allowed.
- All items brought into the facility are subject to search and inspection.
Event Admission
- All students/adults must purchase a ticket either at the cash gate or through Hometown Ticketing prior to entering Mollenkopf Stadium. You can purchase tickets online at wghtickets.com.
Supervision & Seating
- Prior to entering the stadium, all PK-8 students and their accompanying adult must report to the tent by the Paul Warfield Statue located at the home side of the stadium. The adult and student will go to the table of their student’s school to provide the building administrator their name, the student’s name(s) and contact information of the adult. The adult and students will receive, and wear, the assigned wrist band for identification purposes. The students and adults must be wearing the wrist band to enter the stadium. This policy has not changed.
- All PK-8 students must sit with the adult(s) they entered the game with throughout the game.
- Students in grades 9–12 who attend an event without their family should sit in the designated
student section, marked with white paint and appropriate signage.
- Only WCS students in grades PK-12 will be permitted to enter on the Home Side and sit in the student section. All other students must enter at the Atlantic Street Visitors' Gate and sit in the
Visitors' Stands.
