A Statement to Our Tiny Tots Families and Community
At Tiny Tots Daycare; Warren Ohio the safety, well-being, dignity, and respectful treatment of every child in our care have always been, and will always remain, our highest priority.
We are aware of a social media post regarding Tiny Tots Daycare. We understand that reading allegations involving the care of children can be concerning, especially for the families who place their trust in us each day. We want our families and our community to know that concerns involving the care of children are always taken seriously.
While we will not discuss individual children, families, staff members, or personnel matters publicly, we remain committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where every child is treated with kindness, patience, and respect.
Our staff members are trained in positive guidance techniques, appropriate classroom management, and all applicable Ohio childcare licensing requirements. We have clear expectations for professional conduct, and every employee is expected to uphold the high standards of care that our families deserve. Any behavior that falls below those standards is not acceptable.
We also recognize that social media often presents only a limited snapshot of a situation. For that reason, we believe it is important that conclusions be based on facts rather than assumptions. Out of respect for the privacy of the children, families, and staff involved, we will not be commenting further on the specific allegations that have been shared online.
For the families who have entrusted us with the care of your children, thank you for your continued confidence and support. We understand that trust is earned every day, and we do not take that responsibility lightly.
