CAMP REMINDER ☀️

As our 42nd Annual Summer Intensive Camp begins on Monday, July 20, we’d like to send a final reminder.

For more than 40 years, our Summer Intensive Camp has provided wrestlers with quality instruction in a positive, challenging, and enjoyable learning environment. Throughout each week, our coaching staff focuses on developing sound fundamentals while teaching techniques from the top, bottom, and neutral positions, giving wrestlers a well-rounded training experience.

Whether a wrestler is preparing for their first season or looking to sharpen their skills for the upcoming year, our goal is to provide instruction that benefits athletes of all experience levels.

Camp Dates
Week 1: July 20–23 (Begins Monday)
Week 2: July 27–30 (Almost Full)
Week 3: August 3–6

Daily Schedule
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Session 1
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM | Snack/Lunch Break
12:30 PM – 2:00 PM | Session 2

Each day includes:
* In-depth technical instruction from the top, bottom, and neutral positions
* Live wrestling
* Video analysis
* Wrestling games
* Instruction from National Wrestling Hall of Fame Coach Ernie Monaco Sr. and guest clinicians

Registration is still available for all three weeks. Week 2 is nearly at capacity, while openings remain in Week 1 and Week 3.

🚨 SCHEDULE UPDATE: Thursday Practices Canceled 🚨

Following up on our previous message, all practices for today, Thursday, July 2, 2026, are officially canceled at Edge Warren due to the extreme heat.

We will be scheduling a make-up day and will send out more detailed information as soon as it is available.

🚨 WEATHER ALERT: Thursday Practice Update 🚨

We are closely monitoring the weather forecast for later this week. The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for Thursday, with sunny conditions, a high of 103 degrees, and a heat index up to 110 degrees.

Due to these extreme conditions, we are currently considering canceling all practices on Thursday, July 2, 2026.

We will send a follow-up message with our final decision by Thursday at noon. The safety and well-being of our wrestlers is always our top priority.
