These welcoming, judgment-free sessions will offer practical information, helpful strategies, and understanding from someone who recognizes the real challenges caregivers face.

Attend one session or join us for all three, whatever is most helpful for you:

💜 Creating a Dementia-Friendly Home
Thursday, October 8 | 2:00–3:30 PM

💜 Holiday Tips for Caregivers
Thursday, November 12 | 2:00–3:30 PM

All sessions are FREE and held at Hi-Ed. Come as you are, ask questions, and connect with information that can make the journey a little less overwhelming.
