Take Action: Hands Off Health Care!

The Murphy Administration has released a memo describing what it calls a crisis in the state health care plans. The memo, produced with no dialogue with any of the unions, describes the plans as being in a “death spiral” and makes drastic and harmful recommendations, including massive cost shifting to employees and even dismantling the health plans altogether.

This is unacceptable! We must make our voices heard. Take action today and tell Gov. Murphy and the NJ State Legislature, “Hands Off Our Healthcare”!

On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, teachers unions across the country will have a "Day of Action" to support public education. The WTEA is asking its members to wear Red For Ed that day to highlight our commitment to high-quality public schools for all children. Any red article of clothing will do! Join us as we send a message to our community: Public education is critically important, and all educators deserve respect and support. Thanks!
