Well, about 30 of our "WGH Class of 63 families" made it to Enzo's on Elm Road for a hastily assembled 80th Birthday Party. A few more had planned to be there but sent regrets because of other last minute obligations. Maybe we'll get it together a bit better for our 90th? It was nice because Thursday wasa slower night for the restaurant and we could order from the menu and each pay our own bill. Thanks everyone for sharing the pleasure of your company.

Hi Mike! Thanks for checking in. Yes. I live in the mid city area below the mountains and canyons where the fires are active. My work is very close to the southern part of Pacific Palisades. We have many patients there who are calling in to get glasses and contact lenses. My doctor lives in the Palisades, but his house was miraculously saved. We are all grateful for that. Thanks again for checking!

Hi Mike,

Here is the info. In the year 2025 the class of ‘63 will turn 80. I thought it would be great to go on a cruise and celebrate. I picked out a Royal Caribbean cruise on the Utopia of the Seas” leaving from Port Canaveral, Fl on January 27 - January 31st. I want to stress that this is not only for our class members but you can invite friends and relatives. You can make your own resovations through your Travel Agent or you can call the agency that I used to try to get a better price. I spoke to Bob Hoy and Buzz Firster to help spread the word. Linda Newton, Russ Ferance, Bob Hoy and several others are all going. I urge you to make arrangements soon as the ship gets filled quickly. If you have been on a cruise you know how much fun they are. If you haven’t i urge you to join us for a great time.
