The Warren Fire Department just hired three junior firefighters, all from the QFA. The QFA would like to congratulate these three for joining the fire department and working so hard!

The Quaboag Fire Academy would like to congratulate 3 of our previous students in graduating the Massachusetts Firefighting Call/Vol Academy. Congratulations to Kandace Wilcox, Trenton Benson, Allison Duszlak. These students went through 6 months of training during weeknights and weekend days. These students learned how to properly don and doff their protective gear and air packs. How to properly prepare fire hydrants, operate hose lines, preform search and rescue and remove victims. Properly and safely put up and take down ladders and numerous other tasks. They are all currently working for our local fire departments serving their communities. Again congratulations Trenton, Allison and Kandace and good luck in your future careers.

The QFA wants to give a huge thanks to AGM Fire Photography for taking photos of the mock crash.

On Monday, May 10, 2026 ~ Quaboag Regional High School held a prom safe, mock car crash. Warren Fire, Warren EMS, Warren Police, Sturbridge Fire, and Varum Funeral Home all took part in the drill. The theater students did a great job of playing the injured/ deceased patients, and last but not least....
