📚✨ ELA fun with Marisol McDonald!

This week, our 3rd graders read Marisol McDonald Doesn’t Match and explored the theme by thinking about what Marisol learned about herself. They then turned their learning into a Schoolgram! 💌 Students created Instagram-style posts sharing what Marisol discovered about herself and connecting it to the bigger lesson: it’s okay to be exactly who you are, even when you don’t “match” everyone else. ❤️

A great reminder that being yourself is always worth celebrating!

A HUGE thank-you to all of our incredibly generous friends, family, and Central community members who donated drinks to help us stock the fridge for our amazing teachers and staff! 💙

Just LOOK at all of this! 🥹 What an incredible way to show our staff how much they are loved and appreciated. They have so many busy days ahead, and all of these drinks will be such a nice little pick-me-up to grab throughout the day!

Our Central Cubs are almost back! 💛🐾
