A quick note about Monday’s PTO Information Night!

We’re looking forward to welcoming Simonds families on Monday evening for a chance to connect, learn more about the PTO, and talk about what’s happening at our school.

We’ve received a few questions about the event, so we wanted to clarify that Monday’s meeting is intended specifically for current Simonds families.

We know the future of Simonds is important to many people throughout Warner, and we are so grateful to have a community that cares so deeply about our school. Monday’s gathering is simply an opportunity to give our current Simonds families a space to connect and have a conversation focused specifically on our students and families.

For other Warner community members who would like an opportunity to learn more or ask questions, Warner School Board representative Patrick McGowan will be holding open office hours on Tuesday, October 6, from 6:30–7:30 PM in the Pillsbury Free Library Community Room. Community members are welcome to stop by during that time to discuss the updated architect cost estimates, potential school consolidation, ask questions, or share concerns.

There will also continue to be opportunities for the broader community to participate through School Board meetings and other town and district events.

We hope to see many of our Simonds families Monday night!

We had the best day yesterday! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make field day special. Special shout outs to Mr Palmer for organizing, Mr V or “DJ Ducky” for being an awesome DJ for the second year, all the teachers for making this day happen, Kona Ice, Ross Mingarelli for donating his time, dunk tank and Axe Throwing, and Justin Webber for the rocket building and launching activity to start off field day with a bang! 🚀
Simonds school is a special place and we are so lucky to be part of this community!
