Summer is officially in session! ☀️

Our school-age children kicked off the summer with their first field trip to Olympia Skating Center. They had a blast skating with their friends, eating pizza, making memories, and enjoying a fun-filled day together. 🛼🎉💙

Congratulations to our very own Ms. A’Nyla! We are so proud of you and all of your accomplishments. Your determination, dedication, and caring heart continue to inspire those around you. Wishing you nothing but success in all that lies ahead — congratulations again! 🎉🎓

Congratulations to our Pre-K Class of 2026! 🎓 We have enjoyed an amazing year full of learning, laughter, growth, and special memories. We are so proud of each and every one of our students and all they have accomplished this year. Wishing our graduates the very best as they begin their next adventure! Kindergarten here they come! ☀️❤️

Friday we celebrated our moms with “Muffins with our Mini!” 💕🧁 Thank you to all the moms who were able to come out and spend the afternoon with us. A special thank you to our teachers for all of their hard work helping make the day so special. Wishing all of our amazing moms a very Happy Mother’s Day! 🌸💖

Over the past few weeks, Room E has been busy observing caterpillars grow and change. The children learned all about the caterpillar life cycle and watched each stage with excitement. Once the butterflies were ready, they were safely released—what a special moment for everyone! 🦋🌿

Last week for Earth Day, we had a special treat—“dirt cups!” The children also got their hands dirty in the best way by planting plants and learning about how things grow. 🌱 It was a fun and meaningful way to celebrate and connect with nature!

For those of you getting PreK letters this week, Jacobs Ladder Educational Childcare Center 1 in Centerville and Sunshine Children's Academy in Warner Robins still have Georgia Lottery Pre-K (free k) spots available for the 2026-2027 school year. If you get put on the wait list, missed registration or maybe you are new to the area, visit one of our locations to register! Spread the word!

Day 4 of the Week of the Young Child: Artsy Thursday! 🎨

Today the children had so much fun exploring with shaving cream! This hands-on activity encouraged sensory exploration, strengthened fine motor skills, and boosted creativity. Watching their imaginations come to life through play was such a joy!
