The mission has officially begun! As we launch the 2026–2027 school year, we’re embracing our MISSION POSSIBLE theme and getting ready for another incredible year of learning, growth, teamwork, and Bulldog pride! 🐾

🐾 WHAT AN AMAZING NIGHT! 🐾

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out tonight for our Bulldog Bash! With over 500 attendees, it was truly an incredible evening filled with smiles, connections, community, and support.

We loved seeing our Bulldog families, students, staff, and community partners come together to connect, see one another, and gather valuable resources for our students and families. 🎒❤️

And we are incredibly grateful for the generosity of our community partners who helped make tonight so special:

🎒 OVER 500 BACKPACKS — THANKS TO OUR AMAZING COMMUNITY! 🐾💙

Tonight is going to be AMAZING! We are so grateful to our incredible community partners who have come together to make sure our students have the backpacks and school supplies they need to start the school year strong!

We can’t wait to welcome our McDonald families to our Bulldog Bash on Wednesday, August 19!

Please note that this is a Title I/Title III Schoolwide eligible event. We encourage all eligible families to participate in this exciting evening of school spirit, resources, and community connections.

A heartfelt thank you to Sharon Grosso, Executive Director of the MAGIC Charities Foundation, for her incredible generosity in donating 300 backpacks to McDonald today!

Your support will help ensure that many of our Bulldogs are prepared and excited for the start of a new school year. We are truly grateful for your partnership and commitment to our students and families.

We look forward to sharing these backpacks with our community during our Title I Bulldog Bash on Wednesday, August 19, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. Thank you, Sharon and the MAGIC Charities Foundation, for making a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. Today we celebrate not only your retirement, but the incredible impact you have made on generations of students, families, and colleagues. Your dedication, kindness, patience, and passion for education have helped shape countless lives and created a lasting legacy within our school community.

Thank you for the early mornings, late afternoons, caring hearts, and unwavering commitment to helping every child grow and succeed. You have each brought something truly special to McDonald, and your presence will be deeply missed.
