💜 🐝 September Students of the Month 🐝 💛

Congratulations to our September Students of the Month! These students were a great example of our monthly character trait—RESPONSIBILITY! These students received a shout-out over the intercom, a certificate, and goodies. Students were also treated to a pizza lunch and rewarded with a book vending machine token. Keep up the amazing work, Honeybees!

🎭🦕 Our students had a fun and engaging afternoon earlier this week as Bright Star Theatre visited our school in partnership with Duke Energy to present free energy efficiency-themed programs for our students!

Our younger students enjoyed Pinocchio & Jiminy Current, a fairy tale adventure where Geothermal Geppetto and Jiminy Current helped Pinocchio learn the importance of saving energy, with no strings attached! ⚡✨ Older students were excited to watch Jurassic Spark, featuring realistic dinosaur puppets working together to save energy in Pangea Acres. 🦖🔋

Thank you to Bright Star Theatre and Duke Energy for providing this educational experience that helped our students learn about energy conservation in a fun and memorable way!
