Congrats to our 3rd-6th graders who competed in the ACSA Fine Arts competition yesterday! 3rd and 4th took home 1st place in points and 5th and 6th took home 2nd in points. For overall points in 3rd-6th we placed 1st with over 400 points earned. So proud of all these kids for working so hard and thanks to the staff and parents that put in the time and effort throughout the year. 👏👏👏

The ACSA Peewee tournament has officially come to an end. Congrats to our Bulldog boys for bringing home 3rd place in basketball and congrats to our Bulldog girls for winning 1st place in volleyball! Titus Bernard received All-Tourney on the boys team and Kolbie Williams received All-Tourney on the girls team. Millie Hutchison got volleyball tournament MVP! Great job to our players and coaches.

New Horizon Baptist Church is hosting a youth rally April 4. Neon dress up contest! We will provide neon face paint that glows under black light. Pizza provided after the service.
Call our church at 501–843-3979 to RSVP and give us a head count so we know how much pizza to order.

NHA 7th-12th recently participated in the ACSA Fine Arts competition hosted by ABA of Malvern. Our Jr high took home 3rd place (no trophy), senior high took home the 1st place trophy, and then for overall points per school our 7th-12th grade class took home the first place trophy! So proud of these students who worked so hard all year long on various arts, crafts, textiles, science fair, music, preaching, speeches, and field activities. Looking forward to what they can do next year!

ACSA Sr High season is officially over. Our girls received their first ever Christian Spirit award and one of our own finally made it into the “Top 10” in volleyball (another first for our girls). Congrats to Olivia on making it into the ACSA volleyball top 10. Congrats to one of our basketball players, Denver on making it into the “Top 10” in basketball!

🚧 Construction Update at New Horizon Academy 🚧
We’re excited to share that framing is almost complete! 🙌 Our crew is now moving right along with air conditioning and electrical work as we continue bringing this space to life.

Thank you to everyone for your patience, encouragement, and continued support during this process. We can’t wait to welcome you into the finished building and share what’s ahead for New Horizon Academy.

1st annual HoCo was a success for NHA. Our 6th-12th grade enjoyed dressing up and socializing one more time before Christmas break. Congrats to Denver Williams and Lola Bell on being crowned the HoCo King & Queen!

We want to give a huge thank you to all the incredible men who have been volunteering their time and hard work on our new building project. Your dedication, skill, and countless hours are making a dream become reality, and we are truly grateful. 🙌❤️

We’re also excited to share that we are still optimistic about having four classrooms ready by early January! Every day brings us one step closer, and the progress has been amazing. 📚✨

To everyone who has donated and supported this project financially—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your generosity is helping build a space that will bless students for years to come. 💛

NHA just finished SR Pre-Season tournament, and even though we didn't walk away with any big awards, you wouldn't know it looking at all these smiling faces! SR High players brought the team spirit and not only cheered for each other but cheered on other schools as well. Big shout out to Austin Ready Mix for sponsoring the jerseys and hoodies for the girls and boys this year....and Got’em sportswear for designing the jerseys and hoodies. Go Bulldogs!
