This webinar will explore common summer-related mental health challenges and share practical, accessible strategies for supporting children and youth well-being during the summer months. Panelists will share their own tips, ideas, and approaches that help them and their families navigate summer successfully while maintaining connection, balance, and emotional wellness.

Participants will leave with tools and resources to help support children and youth throughout the summer while also prioritizing their own well-being as caregivers and advocates. Register Here: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/o6AMYzXBQomocTLUDQ2zYQ
