It’s Testing Month - Keep an eye out for:

🥚 January 19 + 20: RedBlack Belt Responsibility Test
🤜 January 21 - 24: Board Breaking Testing (In class, Purple Belts+)
🏋️ January 24: RedBlack Belt PT Test (12:00 at PMA)
🥋 January 26 + 27: Taekwondo Testing (check the Calendar for your day and time!)
🫂 January 28 - February 6: Bring a Friend and Casual Clothes Week!

Belt Ceremony will be February 7th! More details to come.

Winter break’s got us feeling like…

The instructors and students at PMA are ready for our Winter Break coming in just 1 week! ☃️

🎅 Until then, show us your best holiday outfits/sweater/PJs this week to celebrate this season and share the cheer!

❄️ Holiday Fit week will be from Monday, December 15th to Saturday, December 20th
❄️ We are CLOSED for Winter Break from Sunday, December 21st to Friday, January 2nd. Our first day back will be Saturday, January 3rd.

⚠️ Due to the weather and road conditions, we will be CLOSED Tuesday, December 2nd for the safety of our students and instructors.

⛄️ Classes will resume at their regular time tomorrow.
