I just love this picture of a little girl from Small World. She is not so little anymore and after twenty seven years, Small World is now For the Love of Learning. However, I will continue to look for this picture each Memorial Day as it makes me feel proud to be an American. I have deep appreciation for all of the men and women that have sacrificed for our country. Our children continue to deserve a better future. God Bless America and all of our soldiers who have selflessly given their life so that we could have ours. β€οΈπ

It has been two months without children socializing and creating. I pray that September brings all of the children back together again at For the Love of Learning!

It was only three months ago that I sold Small World. I can not imagine how I would have overcome the hardship of having a pandemic affect my brand new business.
For the Love of Learning is proudly open and meeting the needs of essential workers. I am so appreciative of the families supporting For the Love of Learning, and all of the caregivers that are safely continuing to provide care and assisted learning during this time.
Stay well and again, thank you all for your dedication in supporting For the Love of Learning. When it is time to return to work, it will be a wonderful feeling knowing that the ladies will be ready for your family.

Please give your child an extra big hug from Miss Amy!
For the last few weeks and upcoming, Early Childhood Educators across the country work where they interact with children of other essential workers who could be exposed to COVID-19. They are not given face masks or protective clothing. They are not given free coffee, half price pizza or special shopping hours. They will perform their jobs in ways they have never done before and they will do it with a smile on their faces so that the children in their care don't know how scared they are; for their school family and scared of being responsible for taking the virus home to loved ones.
Thank you to our ECE profession and all our Proud Early Educators. You are essential! Thanks to you our amazing doctors, nurses and first responders have somewhere for their children to go as they work on the front lines of this pandemic. You are heroes, too!
When the current crisis passes, let's remember that child care is Essential!
