Wappingers Falls, NY — The Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls is proud to announce that four outstanding students from Roy C. Ketcham High School have been selected to attend this year’s Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Conference.

RYLA is a premier leadership training program coordinated by Rotary clubs across the globe. Each year, Rotary District 7210 brings together high school sophomores from across the Hudson Valley for a multi-day leadership experience. The program includes team-building exercises, workshops, and guest speakers—all designed to help students develop essential leadership skills, self-confidence, and a spirit of service.

This year’s selected students from Roy C. Ketcham exemplify strong character, academic achievement, and a passion for making a difference in their school and community. The Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls is proud to support their growth as future leaders and ambassadors of Rotary’s values of Service Above Self.

“Our club has long supported the RYLA program because we know how transformative it can be for young leaders,” said Club President/RYLA Chair Todd Bowen. “We’re excited for these students to bring their new skills back to our community.”

The 2025 RYLA Conference will take place June 29th to July 3rd at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY.
