Metal Fabrication - Trailer Project
Baller coupler to pintle/ring coupler for a dumper trailer.
Cut the old one off prepped the frame and new coupler with some copper primer. Then clamped on the new coupler and MiG welded it on.
Two passes on it, one bead to secure the coupler in position then a second wider bead over top to increase weld contact.

Metal fab goodness. Making some progress again on the crew cab build.
I should make a list in order of the steps and parts I need to build for this. It might make it less over whelming for me.
Anyways today I fine tuned the door sill and started planning on how to structure the hinge door jambs.

Metal Fabrication - Sissy bar Monday
This is a project I am working on for someone. Extending a stock sissy bar and adding some unique metal parts to it.
Follow along to see the final result. I'd say maybe in a week it should be finished up.

Morning sunshine in the new shop space.
Ready to take on some new jobs.
Its a pretty awesome and terrifying experience moving into this space. Its great to see how far this business and my locksmith business has taken my family and I.
First steps to making 2026 into a great year.
Sounds of fabrics rubbing and mechanical sounds of a sewing machine.
Every once in a while I'll take on an upholstery job. They are a pain as it takes quite a bit of patience to get everything lined up and sewn together neatly.

There will be different types of classes
Intro Fundamentals of MiG welding. - $150
Intro Fundamentals of TiG welding. - $150
Metal Fab 1 Day - $250
Metal Fab 2 Day - $500
CNC Plasma Cutting - $150
I will offer these classes for groups and private 1 on 1.
Stay tuned for detail on each class. The days and times are flexible. The available days will be Saturdays, Sunday, Mondays and Tuesdays.

Making some progress on this TV console.
I am onto making the doors for it. I need to figure out what hinges to use on them. Thought about going with a soft close type so the kiddos don't slam them shut.
