If you have a favorite cake or pie you'd be willing to donate, there is a slot on the sign-up for that also. You can deliver desserts to the school Thursday, Oct. 14, or Friday morning.

Exciting things are happening!!! It's been a busy time back at work for staff, and WCA has been blessed by our amazing community. A huge thank you to the wonderful men (Tim and Donnie) from Manteo Baptist Church for unloading and installing the new swings. Manteo Baptist also brought us lunch one day. Thank you to Bethany Overton for Duck Donuts and our amazing volunteer, Ms. Sylvia from Nags Head Church, who spoiled us with lunch. Another huge thank you to the congregation at Manteo First Assembly for a special donation towards teacher wishlists. Watching our local churches come alongside us to support Christian education has been a wonderful experience these last few years. We could not do what we do without the support of our community. Thank you from all the staff at WCA!

This is it!! We're in the final week of summer. WCA staff has been busy getting ready for a new year. The most important thing we can do is cover this school year in prayer. Please join us in prayer over the next 5 days, praying over a different area each day. WCA so appreciates the support of our families and community.
