Your Tri-Township Tigers are Aerial Drone Competition 24-25 Teamwork Mission Regional Champions.

Your Tri-Township Tigers ended the Aerial Drone Competition team finished top 10 in qualifying. Ended the semifinal  matches in the top four positions. Ended quarterfinal matches in the top two positions. Now it’s them and one other team battling it out to see who becomes the North Central Region Champion.

These four right here have pushed me to be a better coach and mentor. Their passion for robotics and their drive to never give up are truly inspiring. From five robot rebuilds, hundreds of hours of drive practice, and countless entries in their engineering notebook — they gave it everything they had on the final day of the World Championship.

When all the matches were finished, they placed 6th in their division and 21st across all divisions. I also believe they posted the highest finals score of any team from Indiana.

Earlier this year, I told them: the school logo may be on your jersey, but it’s your name on the back. You create your own legacy. TODAY THEY DID JUST THAT!!!

At the end of match play on day two your Tigers have made their way up to 9th place from 26th. Three more matches tomorrow. We are hoping to make the finals where anything can happen.
