Monday ~ MOVE with Marley! Wear your FAVORITE SPORTS gear or WORKOUT clothes!

Tuesday ~ BE KIND and HELP OTHERS like Hearty! Wear something with a HEART, a nice phrase or the color RED or PINK!

Wednesday ~ Choose WATER with Hydro! Water up and wear something BLUE!

Thursday ~ Say NO to to***co and va**ng like Breeze! Be breezy and wear a cool HAT!

Friday ~ SLEEP more with Dream! Wear your PAJAMAS to school!

Kids love them during my Jump Rope for Heart Unit. I only have one serviceable one left.
