The 7/8 Band had a wonderful day at the Beyond the Notes Festival at the Kalahari Resort! All day fun, listened to another middle school band, pizza dinner, and performance and clinic. A special thank you to school staff and parents chaperones for their help and making this day possible! Walworth Proud!

The 7th and 8th Grade Choir are at Great America today! After a great performance last night, they were ready for some fun. They will be catching a music show, do some dancing and singing!!

The Walworth 6th grade band had a wonderful trip to UW-Madison last week! They enjoyed awesome food at Memorial Union, observed the UW Wind Ensemble rehearsal (and they got to sit by the players for an extra bonus), and finished the day with a tour of the new Hamel Music Center. U-rah-rah, Wis-scon-sin!

7th and 8th grade students got to meet Brad Carman, one of the composers of the piece they are playing called “Emerge.” Brad did a google meet with the class and answered lots of questions.

The 7th and 8th Grade Choir have been getting ready for the Big Foot Area School Choral Celebration. They will have a joint concert with Sharon, Fontana, Reek and Big Foot High School tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. It is open to the public. You can also watch the concert on Big Foot High School’s Music page.
