We had a great resident appreciation and back to school event for our families at Deer Trace Pointe. We enjoyed a cookout, a bounce house, a potato sack race, and we served 70 pretzel treats. Each child was given a backpack of their choice filled with school supplies. The smiles on their faces was priceless. And to top it off, we held a food drive which assists our residents in need. Our generous residents donated over 75 food items for our pantry. Thank you to all who participated, those who helped and volunteered and to all who enjoyed celebrating a day of community. We wish our students a wonderful back to school.
