JBA is looking to hire a coordinator-in-training (CIT) for the spring 2021 semester!
We will be hiring a coordinator-in-training (CIT) to start working with us at the beginning of the spring 2021 semester. During the training semester, a coordinator learns the ins and outs of Waltham Group and all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into planning and executing JBA throughout the semester. CITs typically become full coordinators at the end of one semester and then remain Waltham Group coordinators for the rest of their time at Brandeis.
The time commitment is 3-4 hours per week during the weeks leading up to and after the program and 8-10 hours per week during the 5 or 6 week program. We know this sounds like a lot, but it's a great opportunity to be a part of the Waltham Group, develop practical leadership skills, network with some amazing people, make friends, increase your hours for Commitment to Service, and much, much more! CITs typically train for one semester before becoming Waltham Group Coordinators for the rest of their time at Brandeis.
