Located on the campus of Brandeis University, Lemberg Children's Center helps develop children, families, teachers, researchers... and ultimately the field of early childhood education itself... in a warm family environment. Providing full time child care to children ages birth through 6 years, Lemberg Children's Center is an educational day care center and preschool in easy driving or transit distance of Waltham, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Lexington, Arlington, Belmont, Lincoln and Watertown. Save the Date: Fall CCDLA Meeting

Lemberg families, we’re excited to share an upcoming opportunity to connect around early childhood education! The Fall CCDLA Meeting will take place on Friday, October 9, from 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. at Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester.
The day will feature speakers and educators sharing their expertise and perspectives on early childhood education, including Amy O’Leary from Strategies for Children, Julie Tzipori from the Early Childhood Education Faculty, and educators from The Children’s School.

From September 15 through October 15, Lemberg Children’s Center celebrates the rich traditions, music, art, stories, and cultures of Hispanic and Latin American communities.

At Lemberg, we believe children grow and thrive when they have opportunities to experience the beauty of different cultures firsthand. Today we recognize Raksha Bandhan, a Hindu celebration honoring the special bonds of love, care, and protection between siblings and loved ones.

Traditionally, the day is marked by tying a rakhi, a decorative thread or bracelet, as a symbol of affection, respect, and a promise to care for one another. ❤️

To all who celebrate, we wish you a joyful Raksha Bandhan filled with love, connection, and cherished time with family and friends!

Yesterday was Women’s Equality Day, but celebrating the strength, achievements, and contributions of women doesn’t belong to just one day. 💜

Observed each year on August 26, Women’s Equality Day commemorates the certification of the **19th Amendment in 1920**, which guaranteed women the right to vote in the United States.

Today, we continue to recognize the women who helped pave the way, those who continue to lead and inspire, and the work toward greater equality and opportunity for generations to come.
