We're excited to offer the Colleton County School District After Hour Kid Power Program at Black Street Early Childhood Center this school year!

⚠️ We must have a minimum of 10 students enrolled for the program to be offered at BSECC.

If you're interested or have questions, please contact Ms. Rhodes at the school office for more information. We encourage families to register early so we can meet the minimum enrollment requirement! 🦉💙

Several Colleton County School District teachers participated in a 3-day professional development on July 7-9, 2026, facilitated by a Savvas SIOP® Certified Consultant. SIOP® (Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol) training is a research-based professional development program designed to help educators teach grade-level content effectively to English learners and multilingual students. It pairs rigorous academic instruction with targeted language development.
