Have you heard about the potential impact of Artificial Intelligence on the wedding planning industry? It's a rapidly evolving trend that deserves our attention.
The introduction of AI-powered tools is set to revolutionize wedding planning by streamlining various tasks. From vendor selection and venue booking to managing guest lists, AI can automate these processes, making them more efficient and convenient.
By analyzing the preferences of the couple, AI can suggest vendors and venues that align with their unique tastes and budget. Additionally, AI can also analyze guests' dietary preferences and provide menu recommendations accordingly. With the help of AI, personalized invitations and music playlists can be created, reflecting the couple's style by leveraging insights gathered from their social media profiles.
Virtual reality technology, powered by AI, is another exciting development in the wedding planning realm. Couples can now plan their weddings from the comfort of their own homes, thanks to immersive virtual reality experiences. These tools offer a 3D view of the wedding venue, allowing couples to visualize the decor, lighting, and seating arrangements in advance. By eliminating the need for multiple in-person venue visits, couples can save time and money, while making the planning process more efficient.
The future of wedding planning is being shaped by AI, and its potential is truly remarkable. As this technology continues to advance, it is poised to transform the wedding industry, making the planning process easier, more personalized, and ultimately more enjoyable for couples.

From Preston Bailey
Top worst experience for a guest at an event:
▫️1 This one is for all my beloved fellow florist. Everyone loves a big dramatic arrangement, but fellow florist, your guests do like talking to the person across the table, SO DON’T BLOCK IT. (Ok I must admit, years ago, I was guilty of this, please see the above arrangement, my Idea was to create a centerpiece displaying the give aways for each guest, yet completely unpractical...my bad )
Solution: yes, you can create your centerpieces as big as you like, just make sure the base is thin enough, for guests to see each other.
▫️2 This one is for all the DJ and Band members of the world. There is nothing better to set a tone at a wedding than good music, but there is no need to blast it all evening. I sometimes bring ear plugs to avoid the extreme loud music.
Solution: Please give your guests a great by lowering your music while they eat, at least they do not need to scream at the person next to them.
▫️3 Now for you caterers. If you are having a sit down dinner event, no guest likes to be eating their appetizers while others are having their main course.
Solution: Make sure you have enough servers to serve every course at once.
▫️4 Waiting in line to eat. If you are having a buffet served event, the worse thing you can do is have the your guests waiting in line.
Solution: have enough food stations or servers in each station to avoid this inconvenience.
▫️5 Last but not least. For those of you that arrive by car, valet parking is essential. Please make sure when the guests are leaving that they do not need to wait for 20 minutes for there car.
Solution: Hire an experienced valet parking company.

❤️ Get Married Online During the COVID-19 Outbreak ❤️
Californians now may obtain marriage licenses via videoconferencing rather than in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your local county clerk can email your marriage license to you after a virtual conference as long as you meet the following requirements:
* both adults are located within the State of California
* both adults are present during the video conference, and
* both adults can produce valid identification during the video conference.
Californians can also conduct virtual ceremonies in order to complete their marriage as long as both parties are present, and they have at least one witness who can join the live video conference.
Check with your county clerk or local court to see if you can get a marriage license online or if virtual ceremonies are available in your area.
