經過 5 天密集培訓與籌備，核桃兒童夏令營團隊已經準備好了！💪✨

從課程規劃、班級分組、品格教育融入、活動安全，到團隊合作與現場演練，每一位老師與助教都投入滿滿心力，只為迎接孩子們一個 安全、快樂、有成長的夏天。

今年特別感恩，首次獲得 ACA 資助款項，支持我們進一步深化 品格教育（Character Education）教師培訓，讓夏令營不只是好玩，更是一段培養善良、自信、合作與責任感的成長旅程。

正如教室牆上的一句話：
“In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”
在這個世界上，你可以成為任何人，但願孩子們學會——做一個善良的人。❤️

🌞 Ready for Summer Camp!

After 5 days of training and preparation, our Summer Camp team is officially ready!

From classroom planning and student grouping to safety training and character education integration, our teachers and staff have worked hard to create a meaningful, safe, and joyful experience for every child.

We are especially grateful to receive ACA funding support for Character Education training for the first time, helping us strengthen kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and confidence in our students.

🌱【用愛與專業，陪伴孩子的夏天】
2026 核桃慈濟兒童夏令營教師團隊，正式展開 ACA 品格教育（Character Education）教師培訓！

今年夏天，慈濟教育基金會 首次獲得 ACA（American Camp Association）資助款項支持，進一步深化夏令營中的 品格教育（Character Education）與兒童社會情緒學習（SEL）內容，讓孩子在快樂探索的同時，也培養善念、責任感、合作力與正向品格。

在孩子快樂學習之前，我們先讓教育者準備好自己。透過團隊培訓、品格教育理念、兒童心理支持與正念自我照護（Self-Care）練習，老師與輔導員們共同學習如何以更有愛、更有智慧的方式陪伴孩子成長。

慈濟相信，教育不只是活動安排，更是 品格的薰陶、善念的啟發，以及生命陪伴的過程。
當老師心安、團隊有愛，孩子的暑假就能充滿安全感、成長力與歡樂回憶。

今年夏天，讓我們一起陪伴孩子在探索中學習、在關懷中成長，成為具備愛心與責任感的 Young Global Citizens 世界小公民。🌍💛

🌱【Preparing Hearts to Guide Young Global Citizens】
The 2026 Walnut Tzu Chi Summer Camp team has officially begun ACA Character Education Training!

This year marks an exciting milestone as the Tzu Chi Education Foundation received ACA grant funding for the first time to support and strengthen Character Education and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in our summer camp program.

Beyond fun activities and hands-on learning, children will have opportunities to develop kindness, responsibility, teamwork, empathy, and positive character traits while exploring the world around them.

Before creating a meaningful summer for children, we first prepare the hearts and minds of our educators. Through professional development, character education training, emotional support strategies, and self-care practices, our teachers and counselors are learning how to better support children with compassion, wisdom, and care.

At Tzu Chi, education is more than activities—it is about nurturing character, inspiring kindness, and walking alongside children as they grow.

This summer, we look forward to helping every child learn through exploration and grow through compassion as Young Global Citizens. 🌍💛
