Our award-winning Adults with Disabilities/IMPACT program held a counseling workshop and it was very successful!

Did you get a chance to visit the AWD/IMPACT workshop?! This was our first one and it was so successful! We learned that most of us don’t breathe correctly! 😮 We learned how to manage our time to decrease our stress!
