I’m a Certified Career and Life Coach focused on Job Search, Career Transition, ACTION, and RESULTS

After graduating from college during an economic downturn, it took many years and many jobs for me to find my true passion: recruiting and career coaching. I then decided to turn my experience and struggles into a gift I could learn from, and in turn, help others. I have spent over ten years as a successful recruiter in the competitive and sought-after Bay Area job market. I have worked with candidates of all ages and life stages, across many industries. My caring, smart, intuitive approach has set clients up for successful interviews and helped land them promotions and raises. As a Life Coach, I can help you maximize your potential and reach your goals. I am experienced in coaching clients through a variety of challenges such as stress, lack of motivation, decluttering, exercise and diet, and more. I will guide you through developing positive and healthy habits that will make you your best self. In my Career and Life Coaching, I use a unique, holistic approach, weaving together teachings from various faith traditions, mindfulness training, yoga practice, and of course years of experience.
