Over the years, I’ve taught many different massage techniques.
What I noticed was that many estheticians were learning individual movements but still struggling to create a seamless treatment experience.
AgeEmbrace was created to be more than a collection of techniques.
It’s a complete 45-minute facial massage experience designed to help you create flow, intention, connection, and deep relaxation within your treatments.
Because sometimes it’s not the individual movements clients remember most.
It’s how the entire experience made them feel.
The free AgeEmbrace Preview Lesson is now available.

I’m excited to share a free preview lesson from my upcoming AgeEmbrace Signature Facial Massage online training.
AgeEmbrace is a slower, more intentional facial massage sequence created for estheticians who want to bring more depth, softness, and therapeutic touch into their facial treatments.
Inside the full training, I demonstrate the facial protocols using Hale & Hush products, including Remedy Rehab Oil, which pairs beautifully with the slower pacing, fascia-focused work, and tension-relieving massage techniques taught throughout AgeEmbrace.
The free preview gives you a glimpse into the flow and feeling of the massage experience, including fascia release, muscle-softening techniques, and the final reset & radiate phase that brings the sequence together so the client leaves feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and cared for.
As a special June enrollment bonus, students who enroll in AgeEmbrace will also receive a complimentary bottle of Hale & Hush Remedy Rehab Oil.
You can watch the free preview lesson here:

Do your clients complain of jaw tension, headaches, brow tension, or a feeling of tightness in the face?
Facial tension is more common than many people realize.
Stress, facial expressions, screen time, posture, and even clenching the jaw can all contribute to tension held in the muscles of the face.
In my latest blog, I explore some of the reasons we hold tension in our faces and why understanding it can help us create a more thoughtful treatment experience for our clients.

Not all estheticians want the same thing from massage training.
Some are looking for new treatment ideas.
Some want to build confidence in their hands.
Some want to create a more relaxing experience for their clients.
Some want to offer something that helps them stand out.
Some simply want to refine a skill they already use every day.
None of these goals are right or wrong.
The key is finding training that supports the type of esthetician you want to become and the experience you want to create for your clients.
What do you hope to gain from massage education?

After more than 40 years in the esthetics industry, people sometimes ask me if I ever get tired of teaching massage.
The answer is no.
What continues to inspire me is watching estheticians gain confidence in their hands and discover the impact skilled, intentional touch can have on their clients.
Over the years, I’ve seen trends come and go, products evolve, and new technologies emerge.
Yet one thing has never changed.
Clients want to feel cared for.
They want to feel relaxed, understood, and supported.
Touch has the power to do that in a way no product or device ever can.
That’s why I still teach.
Together, let’s bring more peace and less stress into the world, one client at a time.
🧐 What keeps you inspired about the work you do?

There are many reasons estheticians seek out additional massage education throughout their careers.
Sometimes it’s to build confidence after becoming newly licensed.
Sometimes it’s reconnecting with esthetics after time away.
And sometimes, even after years in the industry, it’s simply wanting fresh inspiration again.
The facial experience has always mattered deeply to me.
Not just the movements themselves, but the way touch, flow, rhythm, and intention come together to create something meaningful for both the client and the esthetician.
That philosophy is at the heart of everything I teach through Enhanced Touch.
Online and in-person facial massage education for estheticians.

Esthetic tools are everywhere right now, but technique matters more than the tool itself.
One of the biggest mistakes I see is estheticians moving too quickly or using tools without enough flow, intention, or not long enough.
Tools should enhance the facial experience, not distract from it.
This month, Hale & Hush has been featuring esthetic tools throughout May, including a Spotify podcast discussion today focused on esthetic tools and sensitive skin, which is such an important conversation.
Inside my Massage Sequences with Esthetic Tools training video, I teach complete facial massage sequences using:
• gua sha boards
• gua sha mushrooms
• ice globes
• stainless steel rollers
The focus is not just how to use the tools, but how to create a treatment experience that feels soothing, flowing, and professional for the client.
And yes… the esthetician experience matters too.
Tools should support your hands, not replace them.
My Massage Sequences with Esthetic Tools training video is also currently $10 off through the end of May.

I’ve used Quiet Wash from Hale & Hush for the past 9 years, and I’ve been loving the updated version even more lately. It feels incredibly calming and even more comfortable on the skin.
And HydroMelon Cream has quickly become my newest favorite, especially during the recent East Bay heat. It feels cooling, lightweight, and deeply refreshing, with such a fresh clean aroma.
I genuinely love skincare products that feel soothing, comforting, and uncomplicated to use.

Menopause changes more than skin.
My latest article published in explores an often-overlooked side of menopause: the loss of regular, meaningful touch and the role estheticians may play in creating safe, calming human connection through professional touch.
As estheticians, we often focus on visible skin changes. But for many clients, the experience of intentional touch, relaxation, and feeling cared for can carry just as much importance.

Many estheticians spend years trying to perfect more movements, more techniques, and longer massage sequences.
But clients rarely leave thinking:
“That movement in step 14 was incredible.”
What they actually remember is how the treatment felt overall.
Did they feel relaxed?
Did they feel cared for?
Did their skin feel better afterward?
Did the experience feel calming, confident, and intentional?
Technique matters, of course. But technique without presence can still feel mechanical.
One of the biggest shifts I see in estheticians learning advanced massage techniques is realizing that creating a meaningful treatment experience is not about doing more.
It’s about understanding touch more deeply.
This is something I teach throughout my online courses and in-person classes at Enhanced Touch.
