MMB is hosting our annual high school camp for the month of July. This is our most detailed camp of the year and is for high school players looking to build strength and skill in all aspects of the game. Ages 14 and up
Camp Workout Plan - Improve all “6 tools” of the complete ballplayer
• Hitting For Power - Increasing power. A high “exit speed” when hitting is an important metric for ballplayers. Every year in this camp we see on average 10% more exit velocity for our hitters, with some players reaching as high as 20% increase in power! We measure using Stalker and Pocket radar guns and Rapsodo Hitting.
• Hitting For Average - Improve efficiency of swing; increase players’ “hittable strike zone”.
• Daily Driveline Arm Care - Warmups and arm strengthening
• Fielding - Footwork and reps, reps, reps.
• Speed Training - Improve players’ 60 yard dash on MMB’s Speed Track using ArenaGear Sports Timer laser speed timers.
• Mental Training - Coming up with a plan for each and every at-bat, and staying focused on the job at hand.
This is a great opportunity to hone and strengthen your players’ skills, and help improve important metrics for games and showcases. MMB is committed to helping our players achieve their goal of playing college baseball.

When: July, 1st to July, 24th. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am to 11:30am
