Sunday was our Baccalaureate service, where we thanked the Lord for His faithfulness to the Class of 2026. We heard parent and student testimonies, worshiped together in song, and reflected on the Lord’s goodness while looking ahead to the future, praying that each student would be a light wherever they go. Last week was our Awards Assembly, where we had the opportunity to honor our top students in every class. We also recognized our Valedictorian, Sara Lyon, and our Salutatorian, Kobe Santos, for their outstanding academic achievements. Thank you to all the parents who came out to support our students, and to the students who cheered on their peers for their hard work and dedication to their studies. Go Eagles!

We have been so blessed by our Berean families this week! Each day, they generously provided treats and delicious meals for our staff. We are so thankful for your kindness and support. We appreciate you all so much!

For nearly 40 years, it has stood proudly in the center of the stage. Blocking scenes, ruining sightlines, and becoming an unforgettable part of every Berean Drama production. This summer, The Pole will finally fall.

Join us on May 15 at 7 PM in the Student Center for a special Improv Night celebrating the life, legacy, and inevitable demolition of our beloved stage obstacle. Alumni, this is your chance to come say your final goodbyes.

Today is National Principals’ Day, and we joyfully recognize Mr. Nicholas Harris, our principal, whom God has faithfully placed in leadership over our school. Thank you for the way you love your students, serve your staff, and above all honor the Lord through your leadership. We are grateful for your faithful service over the past seven years.

We also want to honor Mr. Erik Esakson, who has served as our Vice Principal and Dean of Men for 12 years. Mr. Esakson has faithfully served in many roles—from teaching history to providing steady guidance for our Berean young men and faithfully supporting our principals throughout the years.

We are deeply thankful for both of these men and the Christ-centered leadership they have provided to the Berean community for so many years.
