Return to the Waters: Part One ~ The Sacred Journey into the Womb of the Mysteries

There is an ancient rhythm that pulses inside the body— a rhythm not of the heartbeat, but of something ancient and deeper.
It ebbs and flows within the blood, it echoes within the tidal currents of our emotions, moving a cyclic genesis within the womb, and consecrates our tears that spring forth from the soul.
This primal flow exists within the timeless and sacred realm of Water, connecting us to the Source within all.
To awaken the realm of Water is to remember what the world has tried to forget: that life begins in the dark, that power can be soft, that healing is not linear but cyclical and spiraling, like the whirling journey of a river returning to the sea.
It is a sacred homecoming to remember that we are Beings of Water.
Water is not simply one of the four elements. She is the Primal Mother~ the original womb. Before fire, before earth, before even breath, there was Water. She is the fecund Void from which all was birthed from.
Our origin story as a child of water is experienced through our buoyancy floating in the salty amniotic oceans, our discovering the mysterious magick within the mists, and receiving the sacrament of the sacred wells that punctuate Gaia’s sacred landscape.
In all of her stories and expressions, she has always held the blueprint of feminine magick and Mystery.
