Planning has begun for the 60 year class reunion. It will be August 26, 2023,
at Jesse Camilles, Naugatuck…3-7…summer outing. BBQ fare, casual, cash bar. Hope this helps you plan ahead!!!

Nothing new planned, right now, for the class of 1963…probably talk of a 60 year reunion in the next few months setting it for 2023.

Naugatuck High School Class of 1963 has a 75th birthday party planned for Saturday, September 19, 2020, 3-8 pm...the Gem Room at the Naugatuck Event Center. Watch your email for more details.

This year our class gave a $250 scholarship to NHS senior Allison Bolduc who will be attending ECSU in a Fine Arts program studying stage management. Harold Pantely handed out the award on NHS honors night...he and his wife Susan owned the Clockwork Repertory Theater in Oakville, CT.
Next year we hope to again present a $250 scholarship. Hopefully a student of Diane Ciriello Doherty in Culinary Arts will receive an award. Diane, still working at NHS, will let us know if there is a candidate.
After 2020 we will be out of scholarship funds and might put our a request to fund a scholarship with donations from classmates.

Our Class of 1963 is looking into giving a scholarship to a graduating Naugatuck High School senior. Don’t have specific info but we do have the money...just need to find out next steps. A few of us are meeting with the Naugatuck Alumni Association to discuss the process. Then our committee will convene to see one this year and one next year or how we want to proceed.

Our class is currently looking into providing a scholarship to a Naugatuck High School student this year sponsored by the Class of 1963. It’s our first attempt and we have money to give. Will keep you posted on amount and specifics. And see if maybe we can do this for a couple of years.
