What a GREAT Women’s Only class this morning

We worked on takedowns and side control, and everyone put in some awesome work. We love seeing our women continue to learn, grow, and build confidence on the mats. 🔥

And a HUGE congratulations to Kayla on earning her FIRST STRIPE today🥋 We are so proud of her and all the progress she has made. We can’t wait to watch her Jiu Jitsu journey continue❤️

What an incredible night with our members and their families at the local pool for our Annual team pool party 🏊🌊

Thank you to those that came out for the evening and for bringing your families. It was an evening of fun with lots of great food and company. We love our members and those that support them ♥️
