Today, the children at the Goddard School of Wall, from 12 months to 5 years old, enjoyed a special visit from Let Music Live! The interactive experience introduced our young learners to a varity of musical instruments, inspiring curiosity, creativity and a love of music. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to explore new sounds, rthms, and instruments through hands-on learning and fun!

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.

2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.

3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can be a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.

My daughter has had such a positive experience at this school. The staff is truly dedicated and consistently go above and beyond to support the children. Since attending, I’ve seen such a big improvement in her, she’s become more structured, better behaved, and even more confident in her learning.

I also want to personally mention Dave, the owner, who has been incredibly kind and understanding. He always works with me and genuinely cares about both the kids and the families.
They It means so much as a parent to know your child is in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done for my daughter and would definitely recommend this school to others.

Today our little learners explored the beauty of our planet and discovered how we can all help take care of it! 👩🏾‍🤝‍👨🏻🚛 To celebrate, the children created their very own earth portraits, each one as unique and special as the planet we call home! We love seeing their creativity shine while building important lessons about caring for our world. 🎊🎨
