🎉 11 Years of Little Dreamers Play Cafe 🎉
We opened Little Dreamers Play Cafe 11 years ago today.
Months before opening, we visited a huge play cafe in Palm Beach and thought, “How cute would a smaller version of this be?” At the time, there was only one other similar business around that had just opened. As a mom who struggled to find classes that fit our schedule with Skylar, I thought, “How great would it be to have a place families could simply drop into for the day?”
There was no roadmap. No interior designer. No SBA loans for businesses like ours. No ChatGPT. Just an idea we believed in and decided to run with.
Over the last 11 years, we have poured our hearts into this business. We raised all four of our children within these walls, welcoming our second baby just weeks after opening our doors. We created classes, camps, special events, birthday parties, learning programs, and so much more. If there was an idea to try, chances are we gave it a shot!
We’ve faced challenges too. We closed due to rising rent, only to reopen a few months later at GoodSports. We survived COVID and created our learning pods, which became such an important part of our story.
Through every milestone, setback, celebration, and change, one thing has remained constant: the incredible support of our community.
We cannot thank our community enough for the support you have shown us throughout the years. Thank you for bringing your children to play, learn, celebrate, and grow with us. Thank you for believing in our dream and helping it become something bigger than we ever imagined.
We look forward to celebrating with all of you when we reopen this fall.
