Our Varsity Girls Basketball team had an awesome weekend of basketball and team bonding! We traveled to the Indiana Fever game, enjoyed a great night together, and continued building team chemistry both on and off the court.

After watching an exciting game, we loaded up and headed to Lafayette to compete in the Rossville Shootout and wrap up our summer season.

Meanwhile, our JV team finished their night at the Chesterton League with a win over Hobart. It has been fun watching the development of our younger girls as they compete against teams with more upperclassmen and continue to rise to the challenge.

What a successful summer it has been—full of team building, hard work, competition, growth, and making memories that will last a lifetime. The future is bright for Lady Falcon Basketball, and we are excited for what lies ahead!

We started off the day with another great breakfast. Day 2 of the games is in the books! We didn’t play our best basketball, but we had a lot of fun on this trip and made some great memories along the way.
After the girls hit the waterpark, we wrapped up the night celebrating Violet’s birthday and enjoying some team bonding with a little cup pong. Overall, it was a great time together.

After a hearty breakfast of eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, sausage, yogurt, and cereal, our Falcons were ready to compete!
The Varsity squad went 2-0 today, while the JV team battled hard against a varsity schedule due to the lack of JV opponents. Although the results didn't go their way, they put up a great fight and continue to improve every game.
After returning to the house, the girls refueled with walking tacos, tacos, and nachos loaded with all the fixings before heading off to the waterpark for some well-deserved fun.
We wrapped up the evening with our team activity, the "Lady Falcon Escape Room." The girls had an amazing time working together, communicating, solving problems, and relying on each other's strengths. It was a great reminder that success comes from teamwork, trust, patience, and staying positive when faced with challenges—lessons that apply both on and off the court.
We are also happy to report that all teams successfully completed the escape room!
Another great day of competition, team bonding, and Falcon pride!

What a way to start our Kalahari adventure! After a few hours at the waterpark, we fueled up with Moosejaw pizza and finished the day with some team-building fun. Teams put their skills to the test in Ping Pong Cup Catch and Cup Maze challenges, bringing out plenty of laughs, creativity, and teamwork. Day 1 was a success! Time to compete tomorrow!

-Basketball Update-
As we approach the middle of our basketball summer we have produced an 8-3 record and couldn't be prouder of the effort our girls have shown.

Despite missing some key scorers due to the success of our softball program (Regional Champs) and battling a few injuries along the way, this group has continued to persevere. Several players have stepped up, embraced larger roles, and continued building confidence and experience on the court.

We've also had the opportunity to get some of our younger players valuable varsity minutes. Experiencing the speed, physicality, and intensity of the varsity game now will pay dividends as they continue to develop.

We're looking forward to some team building, fun, and basketball at Kalahari in Wisconsin Dells as we continue to prepare. Excited to see what this group can accomplish!

2026 IHSAA Softball Regional Champions!!! 1-0 win over Tippecanoe Valley. They will play their first game of the two-game Semi State at 1:00 on Saturday at Twin Lakes High School. Championship at 7:00pm.

What an amazing week at our Lady Falcons Summer Basketball Camp!

From fun daily competitions to skill work and team games, our campers brought the energy every single day! It was awesome watching the kids smile, work hard, compete, and grow both on and off the court.

One of the best parts of camp was the relationships built between our young campers and our Lady Falcons high school players. Our girls did a fantastic job leading, encouraging, and creating memories that will last long after summer ends.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this camp such a success. The future of Lady Falcons basketball is bright!
