Hi Everyone,

The FCC Percussion Day is coming up on Saturday, Feb. 24.
Events run from 12-4pm
JBK Theater, Frederick Community College
We have 3 great clinics for you this year!
Our headlining clinician is
Matt Halpern
from the progressive metal band Periphery!



There will also be a marching snare drum clinic with Scott Jamison, the section leader from the Army Old Guard!

Rounding it out, we'll have a Marimba and Vibes clinic by none other than Barry Dove!

Free Admission!

As of the competition at South Western HS in Hanover, PA the WHS Percussion section leads in the current scores given for this past weekend with a 16.81 out of 20. Keep it up and close that gap to 20.

WHS Marching Band performed in competition at Liberty HS in Eldersburg, MD yesterday. Scoring a 76.92 for 2nd Place trailing behind by a hair of 1st Place score of 77.08. Only a .16 separating the bands.
WHS Percussion took 1st Place with a 16.55 (out of 20) over 2nd Place score of 15.21. A 1.34 difference.
You percussionists are keeping up with tradition.
On to more practicing and making this show the best yet.
