We really really love specialty coffee in Jacksonville. Our heart is to have a place to uplift all of the hard workers from the Roasters to the Baristas in Jax area.

These courses will take place in Walker, Louisiana, from March 9–13.
The one-week Roasters/Sensory Camp will be offered as a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) course combination, including Sensory Foundation and Roasting Foundation/Intermediate. Participants will complete a total of two online exams and one onsite practical exam. Upon successful completion, two certificates will be awarded: one for Sensory Foundation and one for Roasting Intermediate.
The total cost for the week is $1,500, plus a $50 per-course enrollment fee paid directly to the SCA. Since this program includes two courses, there will be two separate enrollment fees.

Ethiopian coffee ceremony. What a honor and privilege to have three Ethiopians in school with us this week. Today they performed a coffee ceremony from their culture roasting it to making it in an Ethiopian clay coffee pot. It was an incredible experience.
