Sometimes, were all a little human! We all have our own existing problems outside of new and incoming problems.

Rise to the occasion and learn from these. As they will be stepping stones to get you to where you need to be.

Sometimes, I wish others would just extend a little grace, patience, and belief.....however this is your journey.

Your journey that only God knows where it will lead to. I don't know about you but sometimes the unforseen future worries me. However, we must take risks to reap the rewards.

We must set out on our path each day and do the best we can. If we shake, others need to have empathy and know that it is okay.

Life happens to the best of us. Rise to the occasion and build a better version of yourself that you never thought possible.

Early morning post, however I am happy to announce that Brodash Creations is well under way and moving in a positive and enhancing direction.

I take a motivational and inspirational approach to my success in my small business.

All of the creations are sensory friendly!!! Young to old can enjoy and be encouraged.

In the upcoming weeks I will be getting ready for St. Patrick's and Easter.

I haven't posted on here in a while as I have been dealing with current health concerns. Broderick is due to have his upcoming surgery on December 12th and I will be going under extensive Cardiac testing on January 21st.

During all this we are moving as well.

As soon as our move is complete and Brody gets settled into his new school, I will start back up with my videos and postings of coaching tips and advice during obstacles and challenges we all face and can overcome.

Please pray for all those in need with health concerns. There are many people out there who need prayer right now.

With the holidays coming up it's super hard but ginormous amounts of prayers and positive thoughts truly go along way.

When you wake up in the middle of the night with pain so bad that you can't walk but you muster up all your strength to walk.....

That's sheer will power and determination. Crippling back pain, leg pain, and foot pain....it's no joke.

To all of the individuals out there suffering with pain on a daily basis, I know what it is like and it's not fun. However, we're still together in the fight and know that I am one of your biggest supporters.

Fighting pain on the daily at a constant basis is not good at all. It can change your life and those around you.

Just know that I am in your corner. I feel for you and I know that it's hard.

We all go through struggles on this earth, some more than others. It is up to our mindset on how we choose to pursue our destiny.

On the adventure of life there are many twists and turns, what we need to do is focus on the present and look towards an amazing future ahead.

It took me 34 years to realize that the past well is in the past. Yes, I may still have to face it but I just have to breathe and remind myself that I am climbing to new heights and potentials.

I am making a life as a single mom, a girlfriend to the most amazing man, a loyal friend to a few, and keeping my circle small so that life can be the best most positive place that there can be in a world full of chaos and crazy.

We all have to navigate this crazy life filled with challenges. No one is immune to them. We all suffer at some point. It is up to our mindset in how we are delivered to our destination.

Please do everything in your power to fight and make it a good one.

Speaking from personal and professional experience this world is legit chaotic and confusing at times, we get lost and we have to get back up.

Stumbles and falls will come but we must rise to new heights, dig ourselves out of the trenches and pursue a life of happiness and joy.

Yes. We will still struggle through in times of happiness and joy but we must remember what's on the other side.

A life full of love and blessings because we fight what's meant to destroy us.

Just a little note of encouragement for the night.

As a person, I lie in bed awake at weirdly odd hours of the night wondering how my life got to this point. How my life has come to a point of where I wish I could turn down a different road or path.

I look around and see a straight path, a curve, a twist, an old dirt road, a gravel driveway, a paved way. There are many paths.

There are many paths to life's existence and life's many adventures.

Had we not taken those adventures we would not be where we are today.

It is today, today that I make the path....although not always easy, one with many trials, happy, sad, amazing, chaotic, and exploding with many challenges....I take this path head strong.

This path that is leading to the ultimate destination. The path that I have to be on for my family.

The path that I help to create and unfold in a foundation of growth and development.

The journey, the adventure, the rooting, the conquest to reach a destination that is full of good memories and great trips.

It is that I take this path for myself, my son, my family, my boyfriend, my best friends, my social circle. It is the time to be a change.

It is my time to shine and my time to live out the happiest life I can live without looking at all the twists and turns that have led me here. I am here for a purpose and my purpose is to have family. It is my time to accept that I deserve good in this world.

Family that I love and a family that I will always nurture and create big accomplishments in. It is time to reach miles and stride for a better outcome on this journey together.

I deserve the very best that this life has to offer and I'm on the path to recognizing that I am worth every ounce of energy I have poured out over the years.

Today has hit me like a ton of bricks.

Beyond the stories that every individual has that makes up their life history, lies a source of beauty inside of each of our souls.

Some may see it some may not. On the inside though we all have a spark of beauty that radiates externally at some point in our life.

We have to be beautiful and share our gifts and talents. Share the spark. It may create a ripple effect that lightens up the world around us.

We all know we need light in a dark world.

I just want to come today and say let that spark show. Let your inner beauty be seen or heard.

Do not fear or be afraid. Step out of your zone and create some light in the darkness.

We all have a tendency to drown in sadness, anger, bitterness, resentment, and any other negative action but if we just let that spark shine for just a few minutes of our day we might just be lighting up the world to be more positive.

Be beautiful and stay beautiful!

I thank God for my story and my son's story. We all have a huge story to tell. Let the brightness show. It will help during time of true struggle or need.

To all the individuals out there suffering with chronic pain, please do not give up!

I have had chronic nerve and spine damage since my spinal fusion in 2023. I am probably facing another spine surgery, which I will find out in a week.

I just want to say no matter how bad the pain is, you still have to keep going. Take rest periods and breaks when needed. I do and sometimes I feel bad but if you don't take care of yourself to, it defeats the purpose.

Every night around 1:30 AM, I wake up in the worst pain.

In life we will have pain, trials, and tribulations....we just have to make the most of it and pray that God answers. Sometimes we don't always get the answer we hoped for.and that's just part of the journey.

Pain stinks but keep pushing mentally and physically to make the best of any situation.

Brody and I were standing in the kitchen before his dinner and bedtime routine. He said something to me that has stuck all evening.

He said Nommy, thank you for being gracious and honest.

He then thanked me for making him feel better.

My reply was a simple you're welcome and I told him it was mommy's purpose to help make him feel better and always tell him the truth about everything.

I always tell Brody the truth.

Some days are more trying than others. I never would have considered myself gracious but I'm glad Brody sees the whole picture of life. I guess I have more grace than I perceived.

I love my son and I'm extra thankful for our unique bond!

This morning we were getting ready for school. For a split second I looked at Brody and could see myself in him in appearance.

I looked at Brody and said Brody do you look like mommy?

His response: No, I'm Brody.

That hit me to the core. I immediately told him he was valid in that statement and correct. I said you are your own person.

Then it hit me double. I may have helped contribute DNA to his body so sometimes he may appear or act like me but in reality he is his own person with his own bright future ahead.

This kid of mine always thinks outside the box!

Thankful for a very solid foundation that I along with his other support system is showing him and instilling in him.

I have to share because many of you know how tight mine and Broderick's bond is.

This morning I drove him to the parking spot before he got on the bus and we were having our morning talk. I kept on talking and he said nommy quit talking please. So I did and let him sit in silence before getting on the bus.

I walked him to the bus stop and held his hand. He let go of my hand early on and said bye nommy and ran to the line to get on the bus.

I was taken aback by this as I walked a way. On his way up to the stairs on the bus he said bye nommy 3 times and got in his seat in the front and sat down.

My baby no longer wants me to hold his hand at the bus stop. He also wants me to stop talking 5 minutes before school so he can gather himself before getting on the bus.

My son is growing and learning so quickly. I feel like this year is going to be the best year of his growth and learning.

For just a 4 year old who went from literal death after birth to being so independent and quick to learn makes my nommy heart happy but a little sad.

I hear the term don't blink all the time. It is so true! Don't blink because they grow and learn to fast.

I love our morning talks and walks, they may be slow walks but we spend time and pull together strong before the start of the day!
