The Wales Senior Center, at 85 Main Street in Wales, provides a range of programs and services designed to meet the needs of the senior citizens in the Town. This includes lunches served every Tuesday and Thursday, prepared in the commercial kitchen located in the center. After years of use this space needs some upgrades, including new flooring. At the recommendation of Selectman Michael Valanzola, the Norcross Wildlife Foundation is providing part of its annual gift to the Town with a $5,000 donation to help with these improvements.
Pictured here on the left is Dr. Caro Munoz Agudelo, Director of Public Programs and Research at Norcross.
